Non-dilutive funding for early screening: up to ₹50 lakh in a single grant.

Three early-stage Indian schemes are verified from primary sources: BIRAC BIG (up to ₹50 lakh), SISFS (up to ₹20 lakh grant, plus up to ₹50 lakh convertible/debt-linked), and NIDHI-PRAYAS (up to ₹10 lakh). These add up to ₹80 lakh in grants only if the deliverables don't overlap (BIG §7.2.2 bars double funding), and only if we're eligible for all three. Treat ₹80 lakh as a ceiling, not a forecast.

Demand-side budgets (Samagra Shiksha, RBSK) fund States and schools, not startups. They make a customer path, not a grant.
